As NBP (New Business Partner) you will be responsable for leading negotiations with various decision makers in the B2B mid size segment and selling our totally differentiated product to them, from HR people to Finance and CEO´s. The purpose of this role is to bring as many new companies as clients through sales intro meetings, follow ups and final details/comparisons meetings.

What you'll do:

  • As part of your day to day activities you will be responsable to have as much as 4-5 daily first contact meeting with prospects providing them a full product demo, actively doing follow ups linking them to your pipeline opportunities and bring as many new companies/members to the company.

What we're looking for:

  • 3-4 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in B2B or Saas technology related products. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in high-value sales, including experience with B2B and B2C sales environments. Expertise in complex sales cycles and large deal negotiations.
  • Client Management: Experience managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, or institutional accounts. Ability to build long-term relationships and trust with clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals. Identify new market opportunities and set priorities for business development.
  • Client Acquisition: Proactively seek out and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation. Tailor approaches to different segments such as individuals, families, small businesses, or corporate accounts.
  • Product Knowledge: Master the details of the health insurance products offered, including coverage options, benefits, pricing, and regulatory compliance. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in health insurance regulations.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored insurance solutions that address clients' specific health care needs and financial situations. Utilize a consultative approach to guide clients through the decision-making process.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals effectively, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company. Handle objections and resolve issues to secure agreements.
