About Sofía and the role

At Sofia we want to change the way millions of people take care of their health by offering a health plan that is more complete, simpler to understand and closer to anyone who wants to live a healthier life. We’re in the process of rapidly scaling our diverse team and we’re looking for highly qualified individuals and leaders who are curious, driven, and excited about scaling up a fast pace growing startup with the purpose of really improving the health system in Mexico.

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Initiate sales opportunities with outbound approach by navigating accounts and hunting for qualified prospects and setting qualified meetings.
  • Initiate sales opportunities by qualifying outbound leads
  • Work closely with a highly experienced field sales team to define and execute on sales strategies to increase completed Demos.
  • Responsible to generate enough outreach contacts to generate 40 Demo completed of +10 companies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to move prospects through the sales funnel to closure.
  • Participating in corporate events and attending industry-wide conferences.

What we're looking for:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience.
  • Proficient in English, highly desirable
  • Sales / Customer facing experience
  • Lead generation / prospecting experience
  • SaaS sales experience is a huge plus
  • Experience using CRM and Sales Tools
  • Comfortable at initiating phone conversations, navigating questions, and overcoming objections.
  • Knowledgeable using social networking tools to help canvas an account (LinkedIn Drippify, Apolo)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude
  • Result-orientated and self-motivated

  4. Final screening ft. Arturo, Co-founder & CEO.

*Our selection processes usually last between 3 to 4 weeks. In some cases, we may need to add an additional stage if we require further clarity.
